Information collected

The project inquiry form collects your name, organization, work email, engagement need, short project description, and acknowledgement of this notice. You may also provide your role, project stage, anticipated timeline, and preferred contact method. The form does not request a budget.

Limited technical information is processed temporarily to enforce submission timing, duplicate protection, idempotency, and rate limits. Raw source network addresses are not retained as inquiry records for rate limiting.

Why the information is used

Logyflex LLC uses inquiry information to evaluate the requested work, respond to you, maintain the reliability and security of the inquiry process, and keep an operational record of the request. Inquiry information is not used to enroll you in marketing.

Storage and notification processing

Inquiry information is stored in IOBOTIQE's PostgreSQL database. The inquiry and its notification record are saved together before the website confirms receipt.

Resend processes inquiry information to deliver an operational notification to inquiries@iobotiqe.com. Open and click tracking are disabled.

Retention

An inactive inquiry is deleted after 90 days. If a discussion remains active, IOBOTIQE may extend retention with a documented reason and review date. If the inquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant information may be converted into separately governed client records.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing privacy@iobotiqe.com. IOBOTIQE may need enough information to verify and locate the request before acting on it.

Sales, advertising, and cookies

Logyflex LLC does not sell inquiry information, use it for targeted advertising, or add inquiry senders to marketing lists. The website does not currently use nonessential analytics or advertising cookies.

Safeguards and changes

IOBOTIQE limits access to inquiry information and avoids placing names, email addresses, or project descriptions in application logs. No internet transmission or storage system can eliminate every risk.

This notice may change when the website's actual processing changes. The effective and last-updated date will be revised when a material change is published.
